Cricut Circle - DECEMBER MONTHLY CHALLENGE: HOLIDAY GIFTS
Create a Holiday Gift Item. Project must be newly created for this challenge and should include the following elements to qualify: Use at least 2 Cricut Cuts
•Use a tag made with a cartridge (there are so many great tags on so many cartridges!)
•Use the color red somewhere.
•Use ribbon.
•Use a phrase from one of the cartridges.
I used a glitter water globe w/photo frame. Instead of a picture I used two Cricut cuts: Santa from Christmas and a snowman from Gingerbread. The recipient can use the Santa for December and then the Snowman for January. She will also have the option of adding her own pictures. The tag and phrase are from Winter Frolic. I decorated a paint can for the wrapping instead of the original box. Ribbon was used for the base, top of paint can and draped over the globe. I used liquid pearls to give the santa's coat dimension and added stickles to both cuts.

Weekly Challenge #9: Black Friday Challenge!
This Weekly Challenge has a “Black Friday” twist! Here’s what we want you to do this week . . . Include the color black in your project AND recycle or repurpose something. Also, 2 Cricut cuts are required.
I bought the Noel decoration at Wal-Mart after Christmas on a great sale. It has sat upstairs since then. For this challenge I unearthed it and added cuts from A Child's Year, Winter Frolic and When It's cold outside. The black shadows were perfect against the gold. If it hadn't been for this challenge, it would still be in the bag!
